*Wednesday morning classes are held UPSTAIRS in The Fifth Element Art Gallery. Sound Baths provide many health benefits, providing heightened senses, increased energy, and sharpened intuition. You relieve stress and anxiety when you immerse yourself into the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, a gong, and a Meinl Bendo Shaker. Feel free to sit in a chair that I will provide you. Or I highly encourage you to bring a blanket and pillow to lay down and be fully relaxed. Kick off your shoes, and join me in a relaxing meditative sound bath! Complimentary Hot Tea and Water :)
