All current Yoga and Painting classes are temporarily paused due to a very busy work schedule. I am required to start bartending full time again and I am going back to school. Classes at Nicolet start next week! Once I have passed my classes (hopefully before the holidays) then I will resume classes! In the mean time I can maybe try to fit in private classes here and there. Stay tuned, I might randomly offer a Saturday morning chair yoga class with Mimosas and Bloodys! Starting with meditation, we will flow into breath work, stretching, sun salutations, posture, poses, and relaxation. There will be modifications offered throughout the whole class. It is a small classroom, only three participants can fit comfortably in my studio! Since there is limited space, I highly suggest booking online to secure your spot.
