Service Description

Buy 10 classes, get 1 free! This class welcomes all levels! Starting with meditation, we will flow into breath work, stretching, sun salutations, posture, poses, and relaxation. There will be modifications offered throughout the whole class. It is a small classroom, only three participants can fit comfortably in my studio! Since there is limited space, I highly suggest booking online to secure your spot.
