Service Description

Sound Baths provide many health benefits, providing heightened senses, increased energy, and sharpened intuition. You relieve stress and anxiety when you immerse yourself into the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, and future classes I will have a gong and a Meinl Bendo Shaker. This class will be held in Sideways, the bar below my gallery. Feel free to sit in a chair, or bring a blanket and or pillow. Kick off your shoes, and join me in a relaxing meditative sound bath! Mimosa's are available for purchase separately at the bar! (Must be 21+ to drink alcohol). Please Bring a water bottle.
