*Wednesday morning classes are held UPSTAIRS in The Fifth Element Art Gallery. *Saturday morning classes are held DOWNSTAIRS in Sideways Wine & Craft Beer. Sound Baths provide many health benefits, providing heightened senses, increased energy, and sharpened intuition. You relieve stress and anxiety when you immerse yourself into the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, and future classes I will have a gong and a Meinl Bendo Shaker. Feel free to sit in a chair that I will provide you. Or I highly encourage you to bring a blanket and pillow to lay down and be fully relaxed. Kick off your shoes, and join me in a relaxing meditative sound bath! Mimosa's are available for purchase separately at the bar on Saturdays! (Must be 21+ to drink alcohol). Please Bring a water bottle.
